This week I am playing catch up from the exciting Bloomsday weekend. Back to reality, Carrie. You must feed the 4 creatures living in your home. I do have a couple days off this week from cooking and I am looking forward to them. The IsaBody Challenge is ending this weekend so I am going to eat pretty clean this week. I have to get ready for that “after” photo.
Monday: Chicken Wrap Sandwich, Grapes
Tuesday: Night Off! Dinner @ Outlaws
Wednesday: Teriyaki Beef with Rice, Side Salad
Thursday: BLT’s & Clam Chowder
Friday: Maple Salmon, Potatoes
Saturday: Baked Lemon Chicken with Mushroom Sauce, Salad
Sunday: Night Off! You can’t make me cook! Ha!
